Quebracho Blanco charcoal is a high-quality barbecue charcoal from Paraguay, made from the extremely hard wood of the quebracho tree. The charcoal has a very high density and is a pure natural product that is 100% free of additives. Our quebracho charcoal is of restaurant quality and, due to its coarse grain, is particularly suitable for large-scale consumers in the catering trade, clubs and discerning hobby grillers.
Cost-efficient
Due to long burning time and high density, less coal is used
Versatile
Can be used in open and closed grills of all sizes, smokers and asado grills
User-friendly
Smoke-free and spark-free combustion means that no harmful smoke is produced
Sustainable
The wood is 100 % an industry by-product
Quebracho charcoal is characterized by a long burning time of up to six hours and very high heat development of up to 850 °C. The best thing about the charcoal is that it burns almost completely, leaving the grilled food with a very pleasant typical steakhouse aroma. Our Quebracho Blanco consists of medium to large pieces that are ideal for large open restaurant grills and also for closed restaurant grills such as Josper, Mibrasa, HAJAtec and all types of smoker grills, among others.
Our quebracho blanco charcoal is available in different grain and container sizes: from 5/10 kg paper bags and 10/15 kg PP bags to whole pallets or containers on request.
The hardwood of the quebracho tree is mainly used in the furniture industry because of its durability and hardness. The non-usable parts of the wood are charred into charcoal. So no trees are felled for the production of quebracho charcoal, it is purely a by-product of the industry. This makes it an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional charcoal. To ensure compliance with all relevant conservation laws, our producer is of course registered with SEAM and Infona.
